A few years later when his parents find a bride for him, the girl - surprise, surprise - turns out to be Pragathi. ![]() Dejected, Rajiv gets a good job and moves to Singapore. When he finally musters up the courage to declare his love to Pragathi, she not only spurns his love but also humiliates him. He sees Krithika only as a close friend, in whom he can confide anything including his deep love for Pragathi. ![]() Rajiv, meanwhile, has eyes only for Krithika's classmate Pragathi (Shrutha Keerthi). ![]() Instead, she pens a diary about her love for Rajiv. Before long, the young girl is hopelessly in love with Rajiv but does not disclose it to anyone. His cousin Krithika (Roma), who joins the same engineering college, stays in his house for a few days before she can secure a room in the hostel. Rajiv (Naveen) is a college student and the only son of a rich couple. The newcomers provide compelling evidence that knowledge of acting is not a prerequisite in Tamil movies these days. All the key elements that make a movie entertaining - story, acting, music and photography - scream amateurish in Kadhale En Kadhale. We tried really hard to find at least one entertaining quality in this movie but came a cropper. Starring a bunch of newcomers, Kadhale En Kadhale is yet another boring college romance flick with nothing special.
